Flicker or Jitter problem and/or MyOracleSupport taking 50% cpu utlization of the desktop/laptop

 We were recently converted from the Bea ALBPM support site to the My Oracle support site.

Our company members have been experiencing a problem when viewing SR's where the right hand side flickers a lot appearing as though My Oracle support is trying to load or contineously reload the basic SR info.   The main body of the SR is either frozen indefinitely or responding extremely slow.   The task manager for that iexplorer.exe instance is reporting a constant 50% utlization +/- 5%.

This happens on most but not all SR's.

It happens on IE6, IE7, and Firefox2.

An SR have been created and been replicated on several an Oracle support person's desktop as well as Oracle Product Manager's desktop using my account.  Oracle said it does not happen on their accounts.
