Uploading 1099 Payables file to IRS FIRE

Greetings to All,

We have just uploaded an efile to IRS Fire system.  This file was generated using concurrent request: 1099 Electronic Media.

We we review the printer options, a style called: Dynamic Portrait - 1099 Tape gets populated. 

We save the output as a text file and then upload the file into FIRE.  We have received notice from the IRS that the file is BAD, with the following verbage:

Your records are not a fixed length of 750 bytes per record or your record lengths vary within the file. If you use
carriage return/line feeds, they must be in positions 749-750.
