Unable to directly print PDF Reports to a printer from OracleAS 10g R2 in windows server

Hi guys,

I have oracle forms/reports running on OracleAS 10g R2 with patchset 3 applied in windows server. Enable to print pdf report from acrobat, but it does not work when trying to directly print pdf report to a printer.

Would you please tell me if there's additional configuration required for this to work?
