Error - Line # 17 Total amount released against contract exceeds contract amount

 When trying to approve a standard PO which references a Contract PO the above  EM is received.

The CPA has a limit of £2500 and the Standard PO total is only £1183. There are no other POs that reference this CPA.

the PO has 41 lines and the EM mentions 2 of them. What else should i be checking?
