Upgrade to Aix 5.3 TL 8

We've experienced an important CPU time increment after upgrading from Aix 5.3.0 to Aix 5.3 TL 8 and applying mandatory Oracle Database patch number 5496862. We are in Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.5.0 - 64bit.

Has anybody experienced something similar?

Any help wil be welcome.
