Documentation for R12 Human Resources API usage

 We're trying to use the HR APIs for creating Employees and assigning jobs. Our Employee creation is primarily to drive the buyer and approval hierarchy within Oracle R12. I did not find any documentation specific to the APIs I would like to use like - hr_employee_api.create_us_employee, hr_assignment_api.update_us_emp_asg,...

Please let me know if such  R12 documentation for the HR API usage exist.
