Installstion of 9.2.0.8 on Windows Platform

 I need to install 9.2.0.8 on windows 32.bit. Could you please verify the version base and patches I need. I believe the base is 9.2.0.1 for 32-bit windows. I need to download everything to get to 9.2.0.8. Thank you for your help!
