R12 Japan Consumption tax

Hi,

We are on R12.0.4, Can any one suggest a document related to Japan Tax structure.

5% Consumption tax applies for all imports, this tax can be set off against Sales tax due to the local tax authorities.

Please suggest or refer document with set ups for Japan Tax structure.

Note: I did set up for US tax structure, I do know about Regime to Rate process and EBusiness Tax basics.
