Retirement/ Pension Plan

I am interested in anyone's setup for a United States, employer only contribution retirement (pension) plan that has a vesting schedule. 

We have a unique requirement for the vesting schedule that is not based on hours worked or lenth of service.  We also have a 403 b that is employee only contribution as well.
