Needs to migrate from one corporate book to other corporate book.

 Hello,
I have a multinational customer which is implementing Oracle Fixed Assets 11.5.10 in this country. but this customer already has it in other countries, so he has all the assets from this country in one book. what I need to know is if it is possible to download all the information from this book to excel and then upload this information via webadi to the new book we are creating in this implementation.
I hope, I´ve made myself clear. Please help me with this problem.
