Customization of PO Notification

 Hi
It is possible to customize purchase order approval notification in this way:

- When received the approver email notification he must select "Open Document" link (which shows purchase order screen) and instead of show the form it should submit a concurrent request and the output of the request should be viewed.

Anybody has an idea about how we can custom workflow to do this?
