Error-ENG_ONLY_ONE

Hi,

when I tried to create an ECO by adding the already existing component to a BOM,it throwed the error

APP-BOM-2027:Component item already exists for this Seq an date...

I Checked the BOM and hence changed the Op Seq(New),but again it is throwing error

ENG_ONLY_ONE and I am not able to navigate away from this error field Op Seq(New).

But i have seen many people who have added an already existing item into a BOM in ECO and were able to save the ECO and only when they try to Implement the ECO,the program failed with Already the Item is present something like that.
