MSCA Responsibilities not appearing in LOV

I have configured MSCA server and started telnet session. I have also assigned MWA Administrator responsibilty to my user to monitor the telnet session from application but the responsibility is not appearing in my LOV of responsibilities. 

Kindly help in this regard.
