PRKP-1001 and CRS-0215 when starting an instance

Hi,

I have a cluster with two nodes. I have several RAC database on this cluster.

But I have a problem with one database.

When I try to start my database instance with srvctl, I receive the following error :

srvctl start instance -d FRESCOI -i FRESCOI2
PRKP-1001 : Error starting instance FRESCOI2 on node devcsibd02
CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.FRESCOI.FRESCOI2.inst'.

The ora.FRESCOI.FRESCOI2.inst.log file returns the follong lines :

2009-03-30 15:10:53.548: [ COMMCRS][1112242496]clsc_connect: (0x1020a1e0) no listener at (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=ipc)(KEY=ora_racg_FRESCOI_devcsibd02))
