Profile option to default Expenditure Org does not appear to work in iProcurement

PA: Default Expenditure Organization in AP/PO,  this profile option does not default the Expenditure Organization when entering project data in iProcurement checkout. 

Is there something similar that can be set to have the Expenditure Organization default in iProcurement?  (Other than setting the Preferences by individual.)
