Upgrading Grid Control

I am in the process of  upgrading OEM Grid from version 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4. In document 557708.1 it states that if using version 10.1.0.4 or 10.1.0.5 of the database as a repository of a 10.2.0.x OMS database that patch 5863580 must be applied before applying patch 4329444 on the repository database. Well, patch 4329444 was previously installed.

My question is do I need to roll-off patch 4329444, apply patch 5863580, and then re-apply the 4329444 patch or can I just proceed with applying the 5863580 patch?
