Getting Query caused no records to be retrieved message

We are on 11.5.10.2 Receivables. In the customer accounts when I query records some times I get "FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved" message. I first thought that when the account balance is zero then only it shows this message but it does not seems to be like this. Has any one faced such problem? Can any one help me in resolving this issue?
