Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Column Encryption

In 10g or 11g database, looking for a solution that

only a 'priviledged' user who has select privilege on the encrypted column

can read data in 'non-encrypted' format

The rest of users, although they have 'select' privilege on the table, they see data of encrypted column as 'encrypted' format.
