Active Directory plugin issue

hi,

I'm trying to use the AD plugin but i am getting very little monitoring data.  I can see in the reports data for LSASS and NTFRS but all the other graphs have nothing.  i've tried:

- using a domain administrator account when configuring the target.

- use a domain admin account to start the OEM management service.

- started the WMI performance adaptor with a domain admin account.

i'm guessing it's an access issue but it seems like i have full access.  one thought was that WMI needs to start as a domain admin rather than as local but i'm hoping for some other thoughts.
