Transportable tablespace between 10.2.0.3 and 10.2.0.4

 I need to move a 400 GB database from Windows to AIX.  I have successfully migrated the 200 GB test database.  I have the opportunity to upgrade the receiving UNIX server to 10.2.0.4 - but the sending server is 10.2.0.3.

Am I asking for trouble?  Should I wait to upgrade to 10.2.0.4 until AFTER I have migrated the tablespaces?
