Can Not view / back order an updated Move Order Line

Hi

I have a Sales Order Line, which was released and quantity has been allocated to it in the Transact Move Order Window. Now i want to back order this line, but the line is not appearing in Transact Move Order Window also the status of line in OM is Release / Transact Move order.

I have tried to attach another delivery to this line and while ship confirmation i checked back order all. The delivery gets closed but the status of this line is not changed.

Anybody has any idea about what went wrong and what to do?
