LOV for sickness appears sorted in Core but not rendering in Web Form in alphabetical order.

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi - can anybody possibly assist with the below? 

LOV for sickness appears sorted in Core but not rendering in Web Form in alphabetical order.

LOV = ABSENCE_REASON.

Would this require a change to the coding or is there a process that can be run? Bug?
