International HR and Payroll
Hi all
I am currently working at a big client in South Africa and will be implementing HR and Payroll for South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland and Namibia. There is a Tier1 localisation for South Africa, but none for the other 4 African countries. I want to use the International HRMS to create the localisations for these 4 countries, but I cannot get much information on Metalink. The only document that helped (so far) is note 261452.1.
I have some questions:
1. Can I implement International HR and Payroll on the same instance (different Business groups) as a Tier1 localisation (ZA)?
2. Is there anybody out there that can give me some pointers on this implementation, or is willing to answer some of my questions? All help will be appreciated.
