how to change migrated reports to show an acceptable parameterform

Hallo, I migrated our application (forms and reports) from 6i to 10G (10.1.2). When starting reports mit parameterform, the parameterform does not offer list of values. Instead of these lists there are simple fields displayed with drawn all possible values above of it. That is very ugly and not acceptable for our customers.
In the 6i-reports compiled in 10G, there are lists implemented. What have I to do, that the parameterform becomes usable once more.
