Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. RACUST - Import Customers through interface

We are planning to import the customers through interface in 11.5.10.2. For this we require the following;

1) The customer interface documentation. We searched the metalink but we didn't find that.

2) We are planning to import the customers with sales territory information. In 11.5.9 it was not worked, so we have dropped that.

Please help us.
