Can we make all option classes default to a "Select State"?

 What we want is the Generic Configurator Order Management have all option classes default to a "Select State". And each component of the Option Classs default to a "Select State". What we mean be by "Select State" is when the "Configurator" clicked on the Model opens up and all options are selected to be, placed on the Sales Order.

The only User interaction would be if the user wants to deselect one of the options.
