Can Not Allocate Mobile Move Order Transfer

Hi

I have approved a Move order. When i try to allocate the Move Order through MSCA i get the error that enough quantity do not exist. However i have Available and Reservable quantity in my source sub inventory and locator.

Another thing is that i do not want the system to suggest allocations. Rather i want that the warehouse personnel to scan the goods through mobile devices and then update the allocation.

Is there any solution.
