Able to create receipt with end dated Tax ID

Hi,

I created PO with specific tax ID and approved also. Then, I end dated tax ID.

I observed that oracle is not stopping me to create receipt as it has inactive tax ID which was defaulted from PO.

I also copied PO which has inactive tax ID and tried receipt. Oracle is allowing us to create receipt.

Is it standard functionality or bug in oracle. Please clarify
