Oracle SQL Developer connection problems

  Hello!

We have two offices in different towns jointed in one network (but with different subnetworks). In first office we have Oracle 10.2 servers installed on Windows and Solaris. We can connect from developers computers in second office to Windows XP SP3 Oracle instance in first office with sqlpus (form Oracle9i client). tnsping works well and other applications too. But we can’t connect with Oracle SQL Developer 1.5.4 to database on this server, test connection goes on and on with no result, with other servers connection establishes quickly. The same Oracle SQL Developer from first office works perfectly.
