HowTo reference a My Oracle Support Document via URL?

With MetaLink it was easy and reliable to reference a document via a relatively short URL.  Is there a recommended/supported (My Oracle Support) way to reference a document via its number in a URL?

For example, "https://metalink.oracle.com/CSP/ui/flash.html#tab=KBHome(page=KBHome&id=()),(page=KBNavigator&id=(bmDocID=392719.1&viewingMode=1143&bmDocType=DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS&bmDocDsrc=KB&bmDocTitle=Oracle Support Announces RDA 4.15 - Production Release!&from=BOOKMARK))" seems to work (for me, right now) to address document #392719.1.  Is there a better/sorter way to reference a document in my company web pages (HTML)?

Howdy, Stranger!
