IGC CONTRACT COMMITMENT type selection in case where amount based values for PO is required

  in type IGC CONTRACT COMMITMENT we use in requisition form it allow us to enter the expnse account we want to enter and by auto creating to PO it copy the same charge account on PO charge account form but when we maually enter the PO with line type IGC CONTRACT COMMITMENT the charge account we are not able to enter it remains gray.

We have to enter the packing and handling charges and freight charges on amount basis so we want to use this type 'IGC CONTRACT COMMITMENT'. Is there any other way kindly tell us.
