Oracle8i patch identification

We have a couple of old 8.1.7.4 databases which have both been patched at some point in the past. I need to identify what patch has been applied to each (Could be anywhere between 2 and 29).
Does anyone know how to identify the patch version for an 8.1.7.4 database on a windows 32-bit environment ?
