Create Autoadjustments

 Using Create AutoAdjustments, is there a way to enter a string of specific customer numbers you want to run autoadjustments against instead of a range of customers? We only want to run autoadjustments on 75 customer accounts and they are not in sequential order. Currently having to run each account individually which takes a lot of time. Looking for a possible workaround to this issue.
