NOT POSSIBLE TO BRING AN OTS CONTACT IN AR IN R12
                    
Hello,
I´m about to create a SR because i´m not being able  to bring a contact which was already created in OTS inside an AR customer account. I must create it in that screen, and doing that i´m duplicating the contacts. 
Is this a bug in the system, or am i doing something wrong?
