Non functional currency assets

Can or how does one setup a non-functional currency asset in Oracle Assets?  Is this possible?  For example, I have an asset for a UK entity that was purchased in EUR.  We have more situations like this.  Can Oracle handle this?  What is the best way to address this requirement?  Thanks.
