Is it possible to uncheck "Copy Document Number to Transaction Number" option in the Batch Source tab of the Transaction Sources window?
trying it I get the following error:

"APP-AR-42983: You cannot update the Copy Document Number to Transaction Number check box because transactions are assigned to this source."
