Error: Unable to locate: CURRENT PERIOD.

I'm using R12.0.4.
I can't find out any document that instructing the way to fix the error.
Does anyone have experiences about it, please guide me?

When navigate to the performance reporting pages in a project get the following error: "A system error has occurred. Unable to locate: CURRENT PERIOD. Please contact your support representative."and there is no data available for PTD and ITD sector.
