Applying redo logs AFTER Incomplete recovery from COLD backup

Is it somehow possible to apply the current modifications in the redo logs of a crashed database when not archived yet AFTER an incomplete recovery has been performed on a COLD backup ? I'm able to do a roll forward on a cold backup with the archived redo logs but is it possible also to apply the current redo logs of the crashed database if they are available ?
