Economic Stimulus Act: Bonus Depreciation Not In First Period

 Since the ESA was not passed until February, and our assets year began in January, how do we take the bonus depreciation in a period that is not the first period of the year?  In other words, how are the table-based MACRS/STL rates modified to accomplish this?
