Has anyone used Oracle Diagnostics to perform risk assessments for database and application security

I don't have a lot of experience using Oracle Diagnostic Tools, but it appears that they provide an inexpensive tool to perform risk assessments at the database and application levels.  Has anyone done this and would you be willing to share your templates?
