Revenue finplan using cost rates

 Hi. I try to use cost rates for revenue budget lines. I plan Revenue in separate version. Revenue (raw) amounts are  not depend on costs, but depend on revenue quantity.

So, I can not find form, where I can set up rates for revenue (event type for example).

I think, I need custom table for such rates and use Budget calculation extensions.

Can anybody suggest standart functionality for this ?
