OEM 10.2.0.5, RHEL 5, and catch 22

 OEM 10.2.0.5 now supports (documented) Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.

The catch?  10.2.0.5 is not a complete install but just an upgrade from prior OEM 10.2 versions (an earlier OEM 10.2 must be installed first.)  But earlier versions will not install on RHEL 5 because they explicitly fail installer checks.

How can I do an initial 10.2 install (trick the installer?) so that I can upgrade to 10.2.0.5?

Bonus questions:
When is 10.2.0.5 out for 64 bit Linux?
Can 32 bit OEM be run on 64 bit Linux?
