Adjustment aginst another leave

I have two leave types say Leave type A and B

The rule states that if emp applies for leave A and there exists a bal in leave B, the applied leave should be availed from leave B first if it has non-zero bal. Once B is exhausted only then the bal will decrease in leave type A.

Is there some standard functionality availble for this? How can we do this in core HR?
