RDBPROD HP Disk File Optimizer and rdb database files

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask if HP DFO (Disk File Optimizer) utility
can be applied for defragmentating rdb database files.
Is this possible on the running system (open files) ?

Has anybody an experience uising this product ?
