Wrong version of formsinit.pl installing (Agent update/install)

 Why would my formsinit.pl always install the Linux/Unix version (I have a Windows Server 2003 environment) for agents?

Everytime I upgrade or install a new version of EM Grid Control Agent, it puts the Unix version out there and I have to find a windows version and replace it. Something must be set up wrong, so I would like some ideas on how to correct it.
