PN:Securing Data by Operating Unit in Property Manager

 I am new to the world of Oracle Property Manager, so forgive me if this is really a basic question. I noticed that when I am in Property Manager, it appears that values defined in the Property heirachy, such as Region and Office Park can be viewed across Operating Unit. Is this by design, or is it possible that a configuration step has been missed in Multi Org to secure this data? Please let me know.
