Service Request - Refresh

 Hi,

I have problems while accessing the Service Request module in My Oracle Support. Few problems are listed below when compared to the experiance with Classic Metalink.

a) While updating an existing service request, the webpage gets refreshed automatically and the data typed is lost. I had to re-type the entire update again.

b) Status of the Service Request home does not get updated even when we manually refresh. In usual scenario when I update the SR twice in classic mode it states “2 nd Call Back”. But here it is still Waiting on Customer status.

Please check and advice.
