Tips And Tricks

  • If you run into problems upgrading AutoVue (either to a new major release or a service pack) you should always make sure to remove the previous version of AutoVue and the service pack that was installed. To avoid getting problems when upgrading you should refer to Note 788753.1
  • If you need to perform an upgrade of your AutoVue Web Version you should make sure to backup specific files that you may want to keep before proceeding with the upgrade. If you want to know more about which files you may want to backup you should refer to note 755899.1
