Why would Asset journals auto-reverse?

We applied the Financials Family Pack G in February.  Since then, our Asset journals with a category of "Adjustment" are being picked up by AutoReverse.  The journal reversal criteria for the Adjustment category is checked for AutoReverse, but I didn't think that would apply to a subledger journal.  We have Receivables Adjustment journals and they do not automatically reverse.  Is there a way to prevent the Asset journals from reversing?
