Consigned POs approval hierarchy

 Hi,

We 're in EBS11.5.10 and have several consigned items...and we have this issue for consigned items:

Our CEO approves the bpa for consigned items...after that, standard POs are created and if the amount is greater than the amount authorized for procurement director....our CEO needs to approve the standard POs, so he reapproves (in standard po) something that he has approved ( in bpa)...

We need a way that standard pos for consigned items can be approved by procurement director or other directors,
